Colleen Wenrich, RN has been training people in fitness and wellness since 1981. Certified by Romana Kryzanowska in Authentic Classical Pilates, Colleen has also helped to prepare many future teachers to enter this rigorous training of over 600 hours provided by Authentic Pilates and True Pilates.
Before relocating her fully equipped studio to Birch Bay, Washington, Colleen owned and operated Whole Pilates LLC in the New Jersey/Tri-State area for over 13 years. She enjoys working with students of all ages; athletes, dancers, post-rehab and the general public.
